All services are subject to availability and may be governed by separate agreements or quotations. 

3. Intellectual Property 

All content on this website, including text, images, videos, and graphics is the intellectual property of MK2ONE STUDIOS unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission. 

4. Booking & Payments 

- A deposit may be required to confirm bookings. 

- Full payment is typically required before final delivery. 

- No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled bookings. 

- Late payments may incur interest or service suspension. 

5. Client Responsibilities 

Clients are responsible for: 

- Providing accurate information 

- Respecting studio time and terms 

- Acquiring necessary rights for content provided (e.g., music licensing, model releases) 

6. Limitation of Liability 

MK2ONE STUDIOS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, delays, technical issues, or third-party tools. 

7. External Links & Third-Party Tools 

We may include links to external websites or use third-party platforms (e.g., WeTransfer, CapCut, Google Drive). We are not responsible for their content or data practices. 

8. Termination 

We reserve the right to terminate any user account or deny services if there is a breach of these terms, abusive behavior, or legal risk.

Any disputes will be governed by South African law. We prefer to resolve issues amicably but reserve the right to escalate matters to legal counsel where necessary.
